Terms & Conditions – 9 Coral Jewels
At 9 Coral Jewels, we are committed to maintaining transparency, consistency, and trust with our global partners. Please read our terms and conditions carefully before placing an order.
1. Orders & Payments
A 30% advance is required at the time of order confirmation.
The remaining 70% balance must be cleared before shipping.
Payments can be made via Bank Transfer / TT / LC (as mutually agreed).
A minimum order quantity/value (MOQ) is required to ensure efficient production and competitive pricing.
2. Customization & Pricing
All jewelry can be customized as per buyer specifications in design, material, finishing, and packaging.
Pricing is based on design complexity and order volume. Bulk discounts are available for large/recurring orders.
Region-wise exclusivity may be discussed for consistent bulk buyers.
3. Production & Delivery Timelines
Ready stock orders are shipped within 3 working days after payment clearance.
Customized orders typically require 4–6 weeks, depending on design and volume.
Shipping is arranged through reputed logistics partners (DHL, FedEx, UPS, or freight forwarders).
All export documentation is handled by our team.
4. Taxes & Duties
No Indian taxes are applicable on exports.
Buyers are responsible for import duties, VAT/GST, and local taxes in their country.
5. Quality Assurance
Every product undergoes strict inspection by our Quality Control Department.
We guarantee that metal purity, plating, and gemstone quality meet the agreed specifications.
6. Returns & Claims
As all products are custom-made, returns are generally not accepted, except in cases of manufacturing defects.
Any claims (damage, shortage, or defect) must be reported within 7 days of receipt with photographic proof.
Resolution may include replacement, repair, or partial credit, subject to management approval.
7. Intellectual Property
Client-shared designs for customization remain confidential and protected.
9 Coral Jewels will not reproduce or share client-specific designs without written consent.
8. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or non-delivery caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, strikes, customs delays, or logistic disruptions.
9. Governing Law
All transactions are governed under the laws of India.
In case of disputes, legal jurisdiction will be in [Your City, India] (e.g., Jaipur/Mumbai).
