Placing a wholesale order with us is simple and convenient using our online ordering system. To process your order efficiently, we require key details such as the product code, weight, silver purity, base metal, and type of polish. Once we receive all the necessary information, we will provide you with our best price quote, valid for the next 24 hours due to the fluctuating silver market. Please ensure you confirm the price before placing your order.

Steps to Place an Order

1. Select Products:

Browse through our product categories, including Silver Jewelry, Fashion Jewelry, Gemstones, Jewelry Findings, and more. When you find a product you like, click on the thumbnail image to view its detailed image and description.

On the product detail page, you’ll find options to specify your exact requirements. Follow these steps to prepare your order:

• SKU: Note the unique product code.

• Quantity: Enter the required quantity (minimum order: 250 grams).

• Silver Purity: Specify the desired silver purity, ranging from 92.5% (highest) to 0% (lowest).

• Base Metal: Select the base metal (Copper, Brass, Bronze, Nickel, or Pewter).

• Nickel/Lead-Free Option: Specify whether you want nickel- and lead-free products. Keep in mind:

  • High silver purity produces a whitish tone before polish.

  • Lower or no silver purity may result in a yellow or copper tone before polish. Over time, polish may fade, revealing the original metal color. Adding a small percentage of nickel ensures a consistent whitish tone even as the polish fades.

  • Some countries restrict importing products containing nickel or lead due to potential skin allergies. Confirm your preference for nickel- and lead-free items.

• Polish/Plating: Indicate the type of polish or plating you want for the finished product.

After reviewing your selections, click Add to Cart.

2. Finalize Inquiry List

You can add multiple products to your cart, each with different specifications. Once your list is complete, proceed to Checkout.

3. Checkout Process

Provide your company information, or log in if you’re already registered. Review your order details by clicking Review Order, then submit your inquiry by selecting Submit Order.

We will review your order and provide you with the best price quote.

4. Payment

Once we agree on the price and terms, make the required payment to confirm your order. We will then begin production.

2. Customize Orders

Our skilled artisans can create customized beads, findings, accessories, and jewelry to meet your unique requirements. Simply share detailed specifications along with a sketch or image of your desired product. We can also incorporate your company logo into the design.

For custom orders, we always produce a sample piece for your approval before beginning full production. This ensures the final product meets your expectations.

4. Tax Policy

Indian Tax

For export invoices, no Indian taxes are applicable. The price mentioned in the invoice is the final FOB (Free on Board) price.

Import Tax (Your Country's Tax)

You are responsible for paying any import taxes or duties applicable under your country’s regulations. For specific details, please contact your country’s Customs or VAT departments.

Duty-Free Items & Tax Rebates

Many items may qualify for duty-free import, and some may be eligible for tax rebates upon submitting a GSP Certificate or Certificate of Origin. If you require these certificates, please let us know.

5. Sample Making Policy

Samples for Regular Items

For our regular or wholesale buyers, we provide samples at retail prices with no additional shipping charges. If you place an order for the same items sampled, we can credit you the price difference between the retail and wholesale rates, upon request.

Samples for New Designs and Developments

Our design and development team is equipped to turn your ideas into reality. For new product development, buyers are required to pay a one-time design and development fee, which depends on the complexity and nature of the item.

The cost and timeline for development will vary and can be confirmed before proceeding with your request.

6. Shipping Policy

We charge shipping fees on a no profit, no loss basis, ensuring you pay only the actual cost of shipping. The average shipping cost is approximately $25 USD per kilogram for deliveries to Europe and North America.

7. Transit Insurance Policy

8. Return Policy

If a product does not meet your expectations, you may return it in its original condition for a full refund of the purchase price.

Return Process:

2. The buyer is responsible for covering return shipping and insurance costs.

3. Once we receive the item in its original condition, your refund or exchange will be processed within 48 hours.
